Chris is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a mix of experience working in agency recruitment and as an in-house recruiting manager for a SaaS startup. He's passionate about his work because he finds himself in a unique position where he gets the opportunity to find amazingly talented individuals to support a company's needs, while helping those individuals find a way to put themselves into a better situation.
Prior to Book+Street, Chris has 5 years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience. He started his career at an IT staffing agency supporting primarily Ohio based small, medium, and large businesses including a couple of fortune 500 companies. Following that he moved in-house to build out and develop a SaaS startup’s internal talent acquisition processes and facilitated their explosive growth from 50 employees to over 200.
Chris attended Kent State University where he received a Bachelors in Integrated Studies with focuses on Journalism in Mass Communication and Marketing, and is a Certified Tech Recruitment Professional.
