One of the fastest growing startups in the Midwest, RxLightning, a specialty medication tech startup, led by CEO Julia Crouse Regan, launched in 2019 and went from two contract employees in late 2020 to 10 FTEs to date and have no plans of slowing down. They were featured as a Louisville spotlight in VentureNashville in December.
