Angie Fischer is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, finance, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance, specifically in the venture capital and direct investment space.
Before joining Book+Street, Angie held several key positions, showcasing her strong leadership and financial acumen. She served as the Director of the Office of the Chairman for the Corporex Family of Companies, where she provided financial guidance and collaborated with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Angie's career also includes her role as VP of Business Administration with Prasco, a pharmaceutical company, where she oversaw various financial functions and played a pivotal role in financial reporting and compliance. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Chip Venture Company in Cincinnati. In this capacity, Angie managed over $120 million in later staged venture capital funds, successfully navigating the intricacies of the investment landscape. Her expertise in portfolio management, due diligence, and investment structuring played a vital role in driving the company's financial growth.
Angie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin College of Indiana and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
